Excuse me, Sir, but this murder arrest is for you

- Thomas Tracy

A second suspect arrested for the June murder of a Queens man was too busy staring at his phone to notice that cops were closing in on him, authorities said.

Kevin Guerra, 21, was charged Friday with murder and weapons possession for playing a role in the June 30 killing of Dante Sartillian.

Cops spotted Guerra going into a Queens bodega, but the man was too focused on his phone to realize police were eyeing him.

An accomplice, Joshua Petillo, 23, was nabbed on July 27 and is currently being held without bail, officials said.

Sartillian, 21, was blasted in the chest on Warren St. near 41st Ave. in Corona.

When first responders arrived, Sartillian had already been taken by someone to Elmhurst Hospital Center, but he could not be saved, police said.

Guerra’s arraignment was pending in Queens Criminal Court on Saturday.
