Woman gets road-rage shove

A woman was punched and shoved to the ground in a road rage attack in Queens caught on camera, cops said Friday.

The shocking assault happened on Oct. 1 just before 5 p.m. on Ninth St. near 34th Ave. in Astoria.

As the 69-year-old woman was getting out of a taxi, a driver in another car become enraged that the cab was in his way.

Video released by police Thursday shows the

suspect (photo) cst hopping out of his dark, fourdoor sedan and throwing something at the elderly woman. He then punches her and shoves her to the ground, the footage shows.

The victim suffered some pain and bruising, but refused medical attention, police said.

There had been no arrests.
