for Staten Island until their positivity rate comes down, just like in upstate New York. Indoor dining, nail salons and gyms should close until NYC can get the infection rate lower. I hope that all New Yorkers will mask up, maintain social distance, wash their hands and see family and friends on Zoom for Thanksgiving and the holidays this year. We must be safe and patient until we get the vaccine, and hope that by the spring of 2021 we will be in a better place. If we ramp up the precautions, we might be in a better place by the time the vaccine gets here. I hope and pray for a better 2021.
