Road rules

Vestal, N.Y.: Rather than eliminating fines, fees and license suspensions (“Stop nickel-anddiming New Yorkers,” op-ed, Jan. 11), drivers should obey traffic laws. Don’t speed, don’t run through stop signs or red lights, don’t drive without a license and don’t cause accidents or deaths.
