Off-duty MTA conductor busted in sex assault
An off-duty MTA train conductor was arrested Saturday for sexually assaulting a 30-year-old woman, police said.
Police in Queens took Nathaniel Mayo into custody around 8:40 a.m. after his alleged victim called 911.
The woman told police that they were having consensual sex when Mayo, 31, forced her into anal sex, a police source said.
After rebuffing more attempts, the woman started arguing with Mayo, who slapped her in the face and twisted her arm, cops said.
Police charged Mayo with committing a criminal sex act, assault and harassment.
His arraignment in Queens Criminal Court was pending Saturday.
An MTA spokesperson said Mayo has been removed from his job pending further action by its labor relations staff.
