Lake Worth, Fla.: With reference to Voicer Lisa Maniaci’s letter accusing the new administration of wanting to open up camps to de-program conservatives from their Trumpian mindset, I think she’s been watching a little bit too much of Fox News. The only person using the term “re-education camps” has been Sean Hannity. She’s his prime audience and he lassoed her in. Have the Democrats and some people on the left use the term “deprogramming” in describing trying to convince those on the right that the election wasn’t stolen from them? Possibly. But for Hannity to tell people that the government is going to open re-education camps — he has said this multiple times on multiple shows (I watch him because it is necessary to get both sides of the story) — he is simply feeding into their fear, paranoia and delusions.
