Steals prayer garment: vid

A bike-riding crook was caught on camera slipping into a parked car in Brooklyn and swiping credit cards and a Jewish prayer garment, cops said Tuesday.

Surveillance video posted on Twitter by the Williamsburg News shows the blackclad criminal ride up to a 2020 Cadillac parked along Bedford Ave. near Park Ave. shortly before 5 p.m. Sunday.

The footage shows him open the driver’s side door and get behind the wheel. It then cuts to him getting out of the vehicle with his loot before riding away on the bike.

Police said the thief snatched a prayer garment, along with credit and debit cards. He later tried to use one of the cards.
