Valley Stream, L.I.: Please help me understand: a proposal to penalize people for not wearing a face covering. Really!? How about this: safety rails to prevent people from being pushed onto train tracks; separation between bus drivers and passengers, like it what was done during the pandemic; turnstile jumpers stopped.
