Brooklyn: So the Trump people only allowed drone attacks when there was “near-certainty” that civilians would not be killed. I suppose this must be considered a step up from the carpet bombing we did of Cambodia in the 1970s. Of course, 300,000plus “Oriental” men, women and babies being killed isn’t wholesale slaughter — I know, it’s collateral damage.
