Brooklyn man is busted in D.C. riot

A Brooklyn man was arrested Tuesday for joining in the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, federal prosecutors said.

Anton Lunyk, 26, of Midwood, was hit with charges of knowingly entering or remaining on restricted property and impeding the conduct of Congress, prosecutors said.

Lunyk was seen in a photo used in a news article about a far-right streamer named Baked Alaska — and an unnamed individual provided a tip to the FBI on Jan. 18 that the photo was of Lunyk, according to the feds.

Another person sent the feds an Instagram post by Lunyk captioned, “This is going to be an interesting next few weeks ... who else is going to DC this week?”
