Vendor-bender

Brooklyn: Margaret Chin is another councilmember with contempt for the taxpayer. Street vendors are not micro-businesses. How do they contribute to the tax base? I pay rent, I pay monthly and quarterly taxes — I pay! How ignorant she is to think that already suffering businesses are not going to demand her ouster. Her beauty-school-dropout mentality will not put us out of business. By the way, where are their bathrooms and where do they wash their hands?
