A Bronx man with a past sexual abuse case was busted in a horrifying series of attacks on women in an upper Manhattan park, police said Saturday.

Elvis Nina Pichardo was busted Friday in the hourlong crime spree inside Inwood Hill Park on Wednesday morning, cops said.

The streak began around 11:20 a.m. when Pichardo, 40, stormed up to a 34-year-old woman near W. 218th St. and Indian Road, police said.

“I want to take you into the park and rape you,” he told the woman, according to authorities. “I have a condom.”

When she tried to escape, he allegedly punched her in the face and snatched her iPhone, Apple watch and earbuds.

A few minutes later, Pichardo walked up to a 40-year-old woman, demanded sex, then threatened to kill her dog, police said. A passing jogger scared him off.

Then he allegedly bashed a 44-year-old woman in the head with a branch, knocking her unconscious. He stole her purse and phone and tried to yank down her pants, police said.

The victim, who was also walking a dog, was found by a passerby, cops said.

At about 5:45 p.m. that night, Pichardo resurfaced inside a medical spa on Sherman Ave., where he was caught on camera exposing and pleasuring himself.

The park victims identified the man in the spa as their attacker, police said.

Pichardo was finally caught in the Bronx on Friday. Cops recognized him as the man wanted for the park assaults, as they busted him for a minor crime, authorities said.

Pichardo was previously arrested for kidnapping and sexually assaulting a woman in Waco, Texas.

Pichardo moved from Texas to New York within the past four months, cops said.

He’s charged with attempted rape, sexually motivated assault, public lewdness, robbery and other crimes.
