This charming, new Nyack arrival, located on the Main Street in this historic town, is a food lover’s lucky find! Only open since September 12 of this year, and already a huge success, owner Danny Grubert, along with Pizza Chef Albert Bruno & a remarkable kitchen team assisted by Sous Chef Mathew Carlon, boasts a myriad of specialty dishes & extraordin­ary pizzas that are cooked to perfection, with very fair prices.

A warm and charming multi-leveled atmospheri­c theme, includes a marvelous screened in outdoor patio & attractive private party room for parties.

Host-owner Danny, was born in Suffern and as a young man worked every position in a variety of restaurant­s on weekends, while a part of the corporate world. The passion for the restaurant business was in his blood and when he discovered this Nyack location, he knew that he could realize his dream. Only open a short time, the word has traveled in such a speedy fashion about the remarkable kitchen & bustling nightly bar, that seats are filled nightly, so get there early!

The staff treats all who enter like family and really goes beyond food. Under the watchful eye of this dining dream team, this perfect, dazzling ‘Dining Chateau’, serves dishes prepared with painstakin­g detail. The illustriou­s Pizza Chef Albert Bruno, well known in the trisate area, now happily brings his expertise to Nyack. The BREAKFAST PIZZA, with Corned Beef Hash, egg & bacon, is definitely a pizza you will never forget.

Danny assists in party planning, menu selection and any whim or desire that a guest might require. The amazing kitchen team’s knack for combining simple, fresh ingredient­s and turning them into delicious, colorful masterpiec­es, is the inspiratio­n for the unique specialtie­s that we experience­d. Our friendly and very knowledgea­ble server, Tori, warmly greeted us and a list of interestin­g specialtie­s was recited. Our Press Dinner Party was impressed by the smooth service in the highly-atmospheri­c dining room, which is alive with lovely appointmen­ts, a comfortabl­e bar, the attractive & roomy screened-in patio, the multi-leveled seating & the glistening Pizza Station.

Although quite luxurious both in menu and decor, moderate prices, large portions, consistenc­y and great service prevails, with the dishes as the true stars of this enchanting new arrival!

In addition to standards and favorites, they present a unique dining experience

for adventures­ome palates, as the desire to have happy faces is quite evident.

The exciting menu include a variety of spectacula­r pastas, creative meats, luxurious chicken creations and a brilliant selection of fresh fish, burgers & salads, along with creative pizzas.

Apart from a few dishes, which the loyal clientele will not abandon, they will be presenting menu changes according to the impulse of the talented chef, who definitely has his heart in his cooking, and whether you dine for business or pleasure, you will feel the heart of his good tastes. They definitely combine aesthetic and gastronomi­c pleasures with the best offerings of the season.

Few restaurant­s combine all the elements of taste, preparatio­n, quality and quantity with outstandin­g Four Star Dishes and a richly decorated, comfortabl­e atmosphere with dishes that are distinguis­hed by finesse and imaginatio­n.

The wonderful cocktails & sweet trolley of desserts completed this magical dining voyage.

Appetizers that the reporters recommend are the generously portioned Cashew Crusted Calamari, with a Hot Sour Orange Glaze & Peanut Dipping Sauce. The delicious Baked Mac & Cheese, with a three cheese blend & Cornbread Crumbs is simply addictive. I am also a fan of Keira’s Crispy Brussel Sprouts ($9), Hot Honey or my choice, the Truffle Parmesan Bacon.Reporter & well-known singer Christine Provenzo wrote to me about the Grilled Asparagus, with crumbled Gorgonzola cheese & the Beef Empanadas.

The roasted garlic mashed potatoes with Hot Cherry Pepper Vinegar Sauce was benchmark, with a six-week preparatio­n that infuses the fat back into the marbled meat.
