A homeless man recently arrested for a trio of hate crimes — including hurling a wrench at the cardinal’s residence at Manhattan’s famed St. Patrick’s Cathedral — has now been busted for damaging the front door of a Queens church with a rock, police said Monday.

Juan Velez was charged Sunday with criminal mischief as a hate crime.

Velez, 29, was allegedly caught on camera the previous Sunday afternoon twice hurling a rock at Grace Lutheran Church on Union Turnpike near 71st Road in Forest Hills (photo).

The church’s glass front door suffered minor damage.

A tipster who saw the video released by the NYPD led to Velez’s arrest, his 19th, police said.

Following an arraignment in Queens Criminal Court, Velez was held on $50,000 cash bail or a $150,000 insurance bond.

The accused bigot was released under supervision after his most recent arrest, on Nov. 9, for a trio of similar incidents in Manhattan.

On Oct. 28, he walked up to Timothy Cardinal Dolan’s home on E. 50th St. near Fifth Ave., behind St. Patrick’s Cathedral, and hurled a wrench at the front door, breaking the glass, according to cops. The wrench landed in the vestibule.

The next morning, he allegedly tried to rip a flag down and damage the front doors of All Saints Episcopal Church on E. 60th St. near Second Ave. on the Upper East Side.

Later that night, he damaged a door at the Archdiocese of New York building on First Ave. near E. 55th St. about 9:50 p.m., police said.

According to reports, Velez was busted for other disturbances earlier last year. On March 16, he allegedly kicked in a glass door on Central Park South and smashed a car window with a skateboard. Then on Sept. 21 he allegedly dropped a glass bottle from the second-floor railing at The Shops at Columbus Circle.
