Blueshirts get Motte back in Sens deal

The Rangers traded right winger Julien Gauthier to the Senators Sunday for left winger Tyler Motte.

Should the Rangers advance past the first round of the coming postseason, that pick will improve to the lower of the Rangers’ or Jets’ 2023 sixth-round selection.

Gauthier, 25, scored six goals with three assists with a minus-5 rating over 40 games this season.

Motte returns for his second stint with the Rangers after playing nine regular-season and 15 playoff games with the club last season.

Bol was running in front of a home crowd at the Dutch Indoor Championships in Apeldoorn, Netherlands.

The 22-year-old Bol won bronze at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics in the 400 hurdles. She also ran a world indoor 500-meter best of 1:05.63 in Boston in her first race of this season.
