Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale and Decision + Order on Motion (“Judgment”) (Doc. No. 135) duly signed on February 6, 2023, and entered on February 8, 2023, in the stated amount of $69,747,126.73, plus other amounts as identified in the Judgment, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the New York County Courthouse, in Room 130 at 60 Centre Street, New York, New York 10007, on January 17, 2024, at 2:15 p.m., premises known as:
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Borough of Manhattan, County of New York, City and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of East 59th Street, distant 125 feet easterly from the corner formed by the intersection of the northly side of East 59th Street, with the easterly side of Fifth Avenue;
THENCE northerly parallel with the East side of 5th Avenue and at a 90 degrees angle with last described course, 100 feet 5 inches to the center line of the block;
THENCE easterly along said center line of the block and at a 90 degrees angle with last described course, 50 feet;
THENCE southerly parallel with the easterly side of Fifth Avenue and at a 90 degrees angle with last described course, 100 feet 5 inches to the northly side of East 59th Street;
THENCE westerly along the northly side of said Street and at a 90 degrees angle with last described course, 50 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
Commonly known as 5 East 59th Street. Such sale is subject to the provisions of the Judgment.
