Walt Disney’s ESPN is teaming up with Fox and Warner Bros. to create a massive sports streaming service that will provide fans with content across all four major leagues on a single platform when it launches this fall.

The yet-to-be-named service, which will operate under a new company with its own leadership team, will be available for purchase as a new, stand-alone app at a cost likely to exceed $40 a month, CNBC reported.

Sports lovers will also be able to bundle the product with the companies’ current streaming platforms, including Disney+, Hulu and Max.

The sports package is intended to streamline content already aired by the trio of companies, on networks like ESPN, ESPN2, ABC, Fox, FS1, FS2, BTN, TNT, TBS and truTV. They include thousands of marquee sporting events from each of the major sports leagues — the NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL — as well as college football and basketball, golf, tennis, cycling, soccer and UFC.

“The launch of this new streaming sports service is a significant moment for Disney and ESPN, a major win for sports fans, and an important step forward for the media business,” Bob Iger, chief executive officer of the Walt Disney Co., said. “This means the full suite of ESPN channels will be available to consumers alongside the sports programming of other industry leaders as part of a differentiated sportscentric service.”
