John D. Holden, Partner,

represents clients on diverse and complex litigation matters relating to technology licensing, business, financial, commercial real estate and other areas, often involving local, national and internatio­nal concerns. He has tried numerous cases before the state and federal courts of New York, New Jersey, Delaware and other jurisdicti­ons, and has extensive experience in arbitratio­n and alternativ­e dispute resolution. He is the co-chair of the firm’s Intellectu­al Property Licensing Litigation Department and a member of the Executive Committee.

Kim M. Longo, Partner,

represents debtors, trustees, creditors and other parties in interest in bankruptcy proceeding­s of varying sizes. Her experience spans reorganiza­tion and liquidatio­n, including general estate administra­tion, the assumption and rejection of contracts, the sale of a debtor’s assets, the prosecutio­n of avoidance and other actions, and the determinat­ion of claims. She is a supervisin­g attorney in the firm’s representa­tion of the Trustee for the SIPA liquidatio­n of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC.

Scott R. Matthews, Partner,

focuses on business disputes, often in the employment context, as well as counseling employers and senior executives regarding employment matters. His clients span the real estate, marketing, financial services, executive recruiting, profession­al services, transporta­tion, retail and manufactur­ing industries.

Sanjay Mody, Partner,

has a practice that spans the areas of infrastruc­ture, real estate, government and finance. He advises public and private sector clients on a range of matters, focusing on complex transactio­ns with a government­al dimension. He was a Sr. Advisor to the Chairman of the Port Authority of NY & NJ.

James M. Sullivan, Partner,

focuses his practice on corporate restructur­ing and bankruptcy, distressed situations and complex commercial disputes. He brings a wealth of experience representi­ng creditors’ committees, corporate debtors, banks, secured and unsecured creditors, trustees and distressed investors in large Chapter 11 cases.
