BRIAN JACOBSON, Psy.D.

I HAVE ONE PSYCHOLOGIST who is based in New York; his name is Brian Jacobson, and he’s amazing. But I also went to a place called the Hoffman Institute—you go there for a week, and you are completely cut off from everybody for like ten days, and you just sort of work on yourself as a human. I check in with the people from there regularly. I think that that tandem experience is really important.
