Based on stories by Cecelia Ahern and created by GLOW alums Liz Flahive and Carly Mensch, Roar is a sort of feminist Twilight Zone. In one, Issa Rae is a woman who seems to be disappearing. In another, Nicole Kidman can’t stop eating photographs. And there’s an episode in which Merritt Wever starts dating a duck.
