Tony Feher, who died in 2016, was a respected representative of a next-to-nothing installation aesthetic he helped originate in the late 1980s— years before others caught on—of emerald things like marbles arranged in a dog bed or empty plastic bottles with different levels of rainbow-colored liquid placed on wall shelves. His sweet twilight art shines forth again. Bear witness to its tender mercies and aesthetic intelligence.
