YOU would think that Bobby Knight, given that ESPN has purged his preeminent presence from its Coaches Gone Berserk reel since Knight joined ESPN, would show a little network loyalty. Mike Breen, Brian Leetch and Jody Mcdonald will be among those saluted at the third annual John HalliganDick Mcguire Irish-american Good Guy Awards Luncheon on Wednesday at Gallagher’s Steakhouse. The noon shindig benefits Fordham’s Halligan Memorial Scholarship, named for the Rangers’ beloved p.r. man and historian. Details: (212) 972-5337.
