Favre shrinks from full frontal exposure

Keep Brett Favre’s alleged penis out of this!

The grid great is trying to scramble out of having to answer questions under oath about a lewd “sext” that was sent to thenJet game hostess Jenn Sterger.

In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, lawyers for the former Gang Green quarterback say any questions about those exposed-penis pictures — which later popped up online — should be declared out of bounds by a judge.

The request came after lawyers for a massage therapist suing Favre and the Jets for sexual harassment filed papers asking Favre if that was indeed him in the pics, insisting such sexting showed a pattern of behavior. The married grandpa has never admitted or denied being the sender — and his lawyers are aiming to keep it that way.

“There are no allegations in the complaint that defen dant Favre ever revealed himself to either [massage therapist] or that defendant Favre sent plaintiffs any photographs whatsoever — let alone graphic images of himself. Despite plaintiffs’ efforts, this is simply not an issue in this proceeding,” his filing said.

“These requests clearly have nothing to do with this lawsuit and have been included only to harass and embarrass the defendant Favre.”

Massage therapist Christina Scavo’s lawyer, David Jaroslawicz, said that’s not true. Favre, he explained, has denied propositioning his client, who was doing work for the Jets.

“If he’s going to take the stand and say, ‘I never asked any woman to cheat with me or perform any inappropriate acts,’ we want to be able to ask him about these things,” Jaroslawicz said.

He added that Favre and his lawyers have submitted legal papers “six inches thick” in a bid to help him evade answering questions under oath.

“If it was me and I hadn’t sent the pictures, I’d have no problem testifying under oath that I hadn’t sent the pictures,” Jaroslawicz said.

Favre is also trying to block Scavo from asking questions about whether he sent text messages to her and got an angry phone call from her husband as a result.

Scavo contends that she and another therapist, Shannon O’Toole, were canned by the Jets in retaliation for her husband’s having read the riot act to Favre.

Favre’s lawyers have previously filed court papers on his behalf denying that the incident happened.

The lawsuit seeks unspecified money damages.
