A man is fighting for his life after being assaulted in Washington Heights yesterday, cops said.

He was found lying in a pool of blood at about 5 a.m. on West 161st Street near Broadway, according to a police source.

He was listed in critical condition at Harlem Hospital.

Brooklyn

A man was arrested in Sunset Park after cops spotted him with an illegal knife, authoritie­s said.

Giancarlo Riveros, 32, was caught with the blade at Seventh Avenue and 55th Street at about 3:05 p.m. on Oct. 3, police sources said.

He was charged with criminal possession of a weapon.

Manhattan

Cops are seeking the public’s help in identifyin­g the suspect pictured above who allegedly bur glarized six offcampus Fordham University apartments, authoritie­s said.

The crook has been entering firstfloor residences on Hoffman Street and Lorillard Place, cops said.

He has made off with laptop computers and smartphone­s, a police source said.

He most recently struck on Oct. 12, swiping a portable heater from a Hoffman Street apartment, authoritie­s said.

The suspect is in his 30s and stands 5foot7 to 5foot9, cops said.

Police arrested a teen suspected of a robbery in Hunts Point, authoritie­s said.

Marcos Chavez, 16, and an accomplice allegedly approached a man at Longfellow Avenue and Aldus Street at about 12:10 p.m. Oct. 12.

The unidentifi­ed accomplice placed the barrel of what appeared to be a gun on the victim’s stomach and snarled, “Give me your phone!”

The victim yielded a smartphone and $21 in cash, court papers show.

Chavez was soon in cuffs — and sources said cops found in his possession an imitation pistol and money. His cohort was on the lam.

Chavez was charged with robbery, grand larceny, mimicking and unlawful possession or use of an imitation pistol, according to sources and court records.

Queens

A motorist was killed in a onecar smash yesterday in Rockaway Beach, police said.

Anthony Luster, 33, was driving his Lincoln Navigator east on Rockaway Freeway near Beach 84th Street when he smashed into a pole at about 6:15 a.m., cops said.

EMS rushed him to Jamaica Hospital, but he succumbed.

Two suspects (left) snatched the purse of an elderly woman in Jackson Heights, police said.

They approached the 74yearold victim on Northern Boulevard near 86th Street at about 6:20 a.m. Friday, cops said. They grabbed her handbag and ran off. The woman was not injured.

One suspect is heavyset, in his early 20s, and was wearing a Yankee cap and a checkerpat­tern jacket, authoritie­s said.

The other is in his early 20s and thin, and was wearing a blue or gray hooded sweatshirt.
