Biz mom e-mailed as kid died

The pharmaceutical millionaire on trial for forcefeeding her autistic 8yearold son a fatal dose of pills calmly conducted business in their luxury Midtown hotel room while the boy lay dying nearby, prosecutors said Thursday.

“Hi Pat,” Gigi Jordan wrote in an email to her financial adviser as her son’s life drained away. “Can you please wire $125,000 to Bruce as requested below?”

Jordan, 54, wanted money man Patrick Walsh to transfer the cash from her son’s trust, which she knew he’d soon no longer need, into one of her business accounts, prosecutors said.

Only hours before she made the transaction, Jordan had forced the lethal concoction of crushed pills and orange juice down son Jude Mirra’s throat in a swank $1,000anight room at The Peninsula on Fifth Avenue.

Jordan’s cool, calculated email contradicts her defense lawyer’s assertion that she was so emotionally distraught that she felt she had no option other than to take him to the luxury hotel room in February 2010 and end his life, prosecutors argued.

Walsh told jurors that Jordan — who claims she killed her son out of mercy — was a demand ing, highmaintenance client.

“But my job was to deal with that,” he said. “But most requests she would make I think would be considered unreasonable.”

Manhattan Assistant District Attorney Matthew Bogdanos asked Walsh about the numerous times Jordan would siphon money from the boy’s account into her own.

“If she wanted to use it for her own personal use, we would not stop her from doing that,” the Merrill Lynch staffer said.

“She was a very important client,” Walsh said of Jordan.

Jordan has a pending civil suit against Walsh, in which she accuses the finance man of helping her exhusband steal millions of dollars from her.

Prosecutors have argued that Jordan decided to end her son’s life because of his autism.

Jordan’s defense team has argued that she committed the mercy killing to spare him from physical and sexual abuse, which she has alleged came at the hands of his father, Emil Tzekov.

Tzekov has strongly denied the allegations.

The lethargic mother — who claimed she had also tried to kill herself with an overdose after giving her son the drugs — was found amid 5,819 pills and an empty bottle of Grey Goose vodka in the hotel room.
