MLB: Another Rangers pitcher goes down The Rangers lost yet another pitcher to injury, with Anthony Ranaudo walking off the mound during the third inning of a 73 win over a White Sox split squad on Thursday in Surprise, Ariz. Rangers pitchers Yu Darvish, Derek Holland and Tanner Scheppers have been injured this spring.

In Lakeland, Fla., Justin Verlander allowed one hit in three scoreless innings for the splitsquad Tigers in a 65 loss to the Phillies. The Tigers also lost Yoenis Cespedes, who left the game against with tightness in the front of his left thigh.
