Villa Bagatelle, the first hotel to spring from the family of Bagatelle bistros, will open in the heart of South Beach this fall.

Owners Aymeric Clemente and Remi Laba launched the Miami outpost of the Bagatelle eatery last month, with executive chef Mathieu Godard, who worked for Chef Daniel Boulud, at the helm.

The muchanticipated luxe hotel in the same location, which is just a block from South Beach’s happening Atlantic Avenue, will follow this November.

The pricey French bistro’s New York flagship in the Meatpacking District is known for nonstop brunch parties of eggs Benedict, Bloody Marys and throbbing beats.

In other Miami news, surfer/ chef Spike Mendelsohn’s eatery, Sunny’s, will open in the new boutique hotel The Hall this summer.

The 780 squarefoot restaurant will serve breakfast all day along with wood oven pizzas and seasonal dinner dishes like a Gulf Coast grilled grouper “Reuben” sandwich.

Mendelsohn will also open Campton Yard, The Hall’s backyard bar and lounge. The 2,500 squarefoot space will boast all outdoor seating where guests can play bocce while drinking craft beers.
