A crook with a tattoo of two baby feet on his neck robbed a teen at gunpoint in Bedford Park after saying he would take the victim to get inked, cops said Sunday.

The two struck up a conversati­on on the street at around 3: 20 p. m. April 12 after the 19yearold victim told the acquaintan­ce he admired the man’s tattoo, according to sources.

The crook ( above) told the teen he could recommend a tattoo artist, and led him to an apartment building on East 193rd Street near Marion Avenue, the sources said.

But once they got to the firstfloor stairway, the hood shoved the kid against a wall, threatened him with a gun and swiped his cash, police said.

The bearded thug is in his 20s.

Five teenage toughs, including the guy pictured above, beat and robbed a 14yearold girl in Williamsbr­idge, authoritie­s said Sunday.

The victim was walking at Tilden Street and Barnes Avenue just after 4: 50 p. m. Wednesday when one of the creeps slugged her in the face, according to police.

One assailant then ripped off the girl’s Beats headphones and passed them to an accomplice as the other three robbers looked on, police said.

The gang then fled.

Three crooks mugged a man in an Olinville apartment building, authoritie­s said Sunday.

The thugs ( pictured at right) trailed the 48yearold victim into the building at East 211th Street and Olinville Avenue just before 10: 15 p. m. Wednesday.

While two of the toughs kept a lookout in the lobby, their accomplice followed the victim into the elevator and pulled a gun, according to police.

The robber snatched the man’s wedding ring as well as a necklace and about $ 250 before they all fled, cops said.

Brooklyn

The death of a man found shot in a parked car on an East New York street Friday has been ruled a homicide, officials said Sunday.

Dawan Turner, 24, was found slumped over in the passenger seat of a gray Kia Optima on Essex Street near Linden Boulevard at around 7: 30 a. m., cops said.

Turner, of nearby Milford Street, was pronounced dead at the scene from a gunshot to the head.

No weapon was found in the car.

Investigat­ors did not identify a suspect or motive.

Queens

A robber wannabe struck out in his bid to pull a heist at a Cypress Hills bank, authoritie­s said Sunday.

The crook ( pictured above) approached a teller at the Citibank branch on Jamaica Avenue near Granville Payne Avenue at about 2: 50 p. m. Friday and demanded cash, cops said.

When the clerk hesitated, the bumbling bandit lost his nerve and ran off emptyhande­d, according to cops.

The suspect was described as between 25 and 35 years old, about 5foot1 and approximat­ely 160 pounds.

A motorist cut off another driver on an Elmhurst street, blocked his route of escape and then shot him in the arm, authoritie­s said Sunday.

The 28yearold victim was cruising along Hoffman Drive at around 4: 15 a. m. March 29, when another driver maneuvered a black GMC Yukon in front of him near the intersecti­on of Woodhaven Boulevard.

The Yukon’s driver positioned his SUV so the victim couldn’t drive away, hopped out and approached his mark’s window, gun in hand, police said.

The goon fired a single round into the victim’s forearm, then dashed back to his SUV and sped south on Woodhaven, according to cops.

Investigat­ors have not provided a motive in the attack.
