Weird true BUT

Oregon and Washington, are kind of the same, right?

Graduates of Kelso HS, in southwest Washington state, got their diplomas over the weekend — with the logo of neighboring state Oregon on the covers.

The school will have the covers replaced.

A disgruntled hockey fan and her supporters donated $ 10,000 to first responders in Glendale, Ariz., in exchange for hitting the mayor with a Taser.

Paramedics were on the scene when Mayor Jerry Weiers was zapped — with his permission — for the charity event.

Ronda Pearson, angry that the city canceled its lease with the Arizona Coyotes, pulled the trigger, sending the mayor screaming to the ground.

An elderly woman on a power scooter accidentally rolled onto a busy highway in Lynden, Wash.

The highway patrol arrived, and rather than call an ambulance for the woman, officers escorted her 3.5 miles home at 6 mph.

“Our Number 1 concern is serving the citizens of Washington and . . . in this case, helping a little old lady get back home who was lost,” Trooper Mark Francis said.

Atlanta maintenance man Larry Martin has been cited for violating city panhandling codes and can’t get the case dismissed — even if all evidence points to his innocence.

Martin reported his wallet stolen to cops before the alleged panhandling. He also has a note from employers saying he was at work the day of his alleged offense, but seven months later, the ticket still hasn’t been dismissed.

Belmar, NJ, Mayor Matt Doherty announced on Sunday that Route 35 would be “shut down immediately” after thousands flocked to a seafood festival because the town of 6,000 people had “reached its capacity.”

Fulltime residents could get through the roadblocks by showing their driver’s licenses.
