Shvo eyes Safra homes

-

DEVELOPER Michael Shvo was spotted touring the three Gilded Age townhouses quietly put on the market for $ 120 million by Lily Safra. The Post reported Safra and her family have been privately marketing the East 62nd Street properties for more than a year. It’s unclear what Shvo’s plans would be for the homes, which can be turned into one megamansion. He recently teamed with Russian mogul Vladislav Doronin to buy the majority of the Crown Building, and is developing residential properties with architects Peter Marino, Renzo Piano and Rafael Viñoly.
