But the visit covered more than just scoping out the unit: O’Connor held an impromptu jam session while touring the duplex, and a video of it appears on YouTube. The listing brokers of the apartment, which was converted from a 19th- century stable house, are Ilan Bracha and Hila Peled, of Keller Williams.
