KHAKI HIS @$$ OUT!

Cry for J.Crew jerk to get ax

- By AMBER SUTHERLAND and DANIKA FEARS

J.Crew customers are threatening to boycott the preppy retail giant after The Post revealed that a veep who had just laid off members of his team went out and struck victorious poses in party pics hashtagged with “Hunger Games” jokes.

“I probably won’t be back,” said Anne Ciccarello, 24, of Astoria. “[J.Crew] should expect people to not come back if they’re going to behave like that.”

Alejandro Rhett, vice president of men’s merchandising, drank to his success during happy hour at Linen Hall bar in the East Village with three other stillemployed colleagues — the same day he told members of his team they were among 175 laidoff workers, photos show.

In one pic, Rhett jumps for joy with a glass of wine in hand beside a gleeful gal pal. The shot was captioned with heartless hashtags, including “#gonegirl,” “hungergames” and “#maytheoddsbeeverinyourfavor.”

The last two hashtags refer to the “Hunger Games” books and movies in which teens are forced to fight each other for survival.

In another pic, the 31yearold executive flipped the bird to underling Vanessa de Jesus, who works in the men’s merchandis ing department. The roséguzzling gang also included J.Crew employee Julie Stamos and retail men’s merchandiser Andrew Ruth.

The photos have since been scrubbed from their accounts.

Shoppers were horrified by the photos — with many calling for Rhett to be fired. “Executives are supposed to be the face of the brand,” said Amy Greenaway, 28, who works in human resources.

“If that’s the sort of person who represents who they are and what they stand for, [J.Crew] should ask them to step down.”

The company’s Facebook page was littered with comments from appalled customers who vowed not to shop at the struggling company’s stores until Rhett is shown the door.

“I won’t set foot in J.Crew again until [he] is terminated!” wrote Steven Mueller. “To take delight in 175 innocent fellow employees loosing their jobs is inexcusable!!!”

When asked if Rhett is still employed, a spokesperson would only say, “This is not something we would publicly discuss.”

“Individuals’ actions do not represent the culture of our company — this is not who we are,” the spokesperson added.

De Jesus declined to comment outside her apartment building Thursday morning.
