'DEVIL' IN A RED DRESS

Ex sues ‘blackmail’ gal

An investment banker who admits he wed a beautiful model in a “marriage of convenience” is now suing her — claiming her “demonic capacities” to extort and blackmail him have gone too far.

When they married in 2003, former Bear Stearns financier Manuel Asensio and Emilie Bosak had an ironclad prenup that laid out terms for shared custody and visitation for their now10yearold daughter, as well as a nolitigation clause to keep them out of court, according to a new Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit.

But after the two split in 2007, the 5foot11 stunner went to police on three separate occasions between 2010 and 2014 claiming domestic violence, court papers say.

“Marrying [Bosak] was a risky proposition,” but Asensio had no clue “she has such demonic capacities,” the suit says.

Orders of protections were issued against Asensio, “which she then used to [fraudulently] gain custody of the child,” papers say.

Bosak then allegedly tried to shake him down for $2 million to split with their daughter — and at one point threatened that she “can make [his] life very difficult.”

“[Bosak] obtained information that showed her what to do to have [Asensio] arrested and how to use the arrest in an extortion plan,” the suit says.

Asensio, 60, and Bosak’s divorce was finalized in 2013, and the two have been duking it out in Manhattan Family Court.

The moneymaker, who is acting as his own attorney, is now suing Bosak for defamation, making false statements, breach of prenup terms and other causes. He is seeking un specified damages.

Bosak, a fashion model turned realestate agent, didn’t respond to a message seeking comment.

But her divorce attorney, Sue Moss, said Asensio is a deadbeat dad who owes “tens of thousands of dollars” in child support — and has been on the attack ever since she’d been granted custody of the kid following their split.

“Mr. Asensio has filed countless frivolous motions against Ms. Bosak in Family Court,” Moss said. “Since his frivolous motions in Family Court haven’t worked, now he’s trying his hand at Supreme Court.”

Bosak was arrested because of his “own actions,” Moss said.

“It was not a marriage of convenience,” she added. “This was a real marriage and it was a real divorce.”

Asensio, who runs investment firm Asesnio & Company, whines in the lawsuit that Bosak’s “wrongful and malicious actions” have cost him work.

But in 2006, the Cubaborn businessman was permanently barred from the industry for failure to cooperate with a probe of his company and fined $20,000, according to federal regulatory records.
