ILLEGIT KID RIPS $NUB

Tycoon-will suit

- By JULIA MARSH jmarsh@nypost.com

A late parkinglot magnate worth nearly $50 million treated an exwife better than one of his kids in his will, prompting the daughter to sue, Manhattan court papers show.

Christina Grossman, 33, of the East Village, says that even though she was illegitimate, she didn’t deserve to be iced out of the estate of her father, Semone Grossman, who died in September of last year at age 85.

Semone Grossman, “denied that Ms. Grossman was his daughter,” his estate lawyer, Harvey Corn, says in papers filed in Manhattan Surrogate’s Court.

“Any reference to a daughter of mine and/or a son of mine shall only mean and refer to Shana Grossman, Erika Grossman, Deborah Grossman, Andrew Grossman, Jonathan Grossman and David Grossman,” says the document, referring to Grossman’s legitimate six children.

But Christina says her father “was not competent” to write the August 2013 document because he “was not at the time of sound mind and memory and lacked the requisite capacity to make a valid will.”

She also says the will was not properly witnessed.

Semone Grossman, whose GGMC Parking operated 40 garages in three boroughs, was an orphan and Holocaust survivor who immigrated to the United States around age 20 in 1949.

He left his third wife, Ziona, 63, a $5.4 million town house on East 62nd Street and the bulk of his $46.85 million fortune.

His two youngest daughters with Ziona — opera singer Shana and university student Erika — got $1 million each.

His third acknowledged daughter, Deborah, and three sons from other marriages — Andrew, Jonathan and David — netted $250,000 apiece.

David also received the title to his father’s Cove Club garage at 2 South End Ave. in Battery Park City.

Even one of his exwives, Hilda Grossman, got $200,000.

But Grossman left nothing to Christina, whom he had with Mildred Evans, according to court papers.

Corn says Christina failed to prove she is really his daughter, although a 2004 Manhattan Family Court case says she is.

Reps for the parties did not return messages.
