NEW parents Noah Tepperberg, the nightlife guru, and fitness coach and model Melissa Wood took a break on Wednes day night to celebrate the grand opening of Noah’s latest venues, PHD Terrace and the Rickey at the Dream Midtown. The launches brought out the main players in New York nightlife, in cluding Tepperberg’s managing partner Matt Strauss, Richie Akiva, Steve Lewis, Dream owner Vikram Chatwal and Yoni Goldberg. DJ Ruckus spun for the crowd, which included Mamie Gummer, Nicky Hilton, Norman Reedus, Shanina Shaik, Jason Binn, Andrew Goldberg and Miami nightlife don David Grutman.
