China fears stalled Fed

Minutes from September’s Federal Reserve meeting reveal officials put off an interestrate hike because of risks to their economicgrowth outlook and inflation, mainly from China, even as they said they were on track for a raise later in 2015.

But they played down recent US stock market woes, it was reported.
