An illness could sideline Texans star defensive end J.J. Watt for Sunday’s game against the Jaguars.

Watt, who was added to the injury report Saturday, is the fourth Texan to become ill this week. Receiver Jalen Strong, cornerback A.J. Blouye and quarterback Zac Dysert all missed practice this week while being sick.

Houston is already down one star on the defensive line as Jadeveon Clowney, is listed as out with a sprained ankle. Watt has accounted for four of the Texans’ six sacks this season.

BILLS: Buffalo is expected to start EJ Manuel at quarterback Sunday against the Bengals, according to multiple reports, as regular starter Tyrod Taylor deals with a sprained knee ligament suffered in last week’s win over the Titans.

Manuel, who was the Bills’ firstround draft pick in 2013, began last season as the Buffalo starter but was benched in favor of Kyle Orton after four starts.

In 17 career games, Manuel is 256of437 passing for 2.810 yards with 16 touchdowns to 12 interceptions. The Florida State quarterback also has accounted for three touchdowns on the ground over his career.

Taylor had been solid for the Bills over five starts this season after winning the job out of training camp. Tay lor has thrown for nine touchdowns to four interceptions this season, and added two more touchdowns on the ground.

BRONCOS: Denver promoted running back Kapri Bibbs from their practice squad Saturday and released recently signed tight end Richard Gordon.

The Broncos (50) head into their game at Cleveland (23) on Sunday thin in the backfield with Juwan Thompson dealing with a pulled hamstring.

Bibbs is a secondyear player who spent four weeks of his rookie season on Denver’s active roster last year after signing as an undrafted free agent out of Colorado State.

Bibbs broke CSU’s singleseason record for yards rushing (1,741), TDs (31) and points (186) in his lone season with the Rams in 2013 after playing in junior college.

BEARS: Chicago signed defensive lineman Bruce Gaston and placed defensive lineman Ego Ferguson on the reserve/injured list.

Gaston has appeared in two games this season with the Packers, with one tackle.
