An 81yearold woman is clinging to life after she was struck by an unlicensed driver Sunday night in Staten Island, cops said.

The victim was crossing at the intersecti­on of Targee Street and Narrows Road South about 9:30 p.m. when the 36yearold driver hit her as she was inside of the crosswalk.

The unconsciou­s woman was taken to Staten Island University North Hospital in critical condition. The driver was slapped with a summons for operating a vehicle without a license.
