think the need for a strong commander in chief to stop all the evil, wherever he may come from, is a plus (“The Populist Roots of Trump’s Rage,” Rich Lowry, PostOpinio­n, Nov. 24).

That’s why I support Donald Trump’s candidacy for president.

I know many people don’t like that he may be too aggressive, but, hey, that’s what I feel is best right now for tightening the security of the United States.

I’m a HaitianAme­rican citizen, so I know how the United States gives people opportunit­ies not available in their home countries — and why we need to protect it.

Although his falsehoods fly faster than a normal human being can hear them, I managed to catch Donald Trump’s fabricated fable about thousands of people (presumably Muslims) in New Jersey cheering as the World Trade Center collapsed on 9/11 (“Kasich war on Trump,” Nov. 24).
