The suspect pictured above snatched an iPhone from a 17yearold woman in Claremont, police said Wednesday.

At about 8:05 a.m. last Thursday at Third Avenue and East 173rd Street, the victim was texting when the crook grabbed her iPhone 6 from her hands.

The suspect was carrying a dark backpack and wearing a yellow jacket, jeans and purple sneakers.

He was described as 5foot7 and 140 pounds.

Brooklyn

Authoritie­s on Wednesday released the police sketch above of a suspect who with a cohort is wanted in a fatal shooting during a botched robbery in East Flatbush.

Two men opened fire on JeanClaude Bernagene, 51, in a home on New York Avenue near Tilden Avenue at about 5:35 p.m. on Nov. 20, cops said.

First responders found Bernagene, who ran an illegal gambling operation, lying in the home’s front yard with wounds to the chest, wrist and knee.

The victim was rushed to Kings County Hospital, where he clung to life for two days but died on Nov. 22.

The pockmarked suspect seen in the sketch stands about 5foot4 and was wearing a Yankees cap.

A detailed descriptio­n of the accomplice wasn’t available.

A teenager was charged Wednesday in the fatal shooting of a purported gang member last month at a Williamsbu­rg housing project.

ShyKym Samuel, 17, surrendere­d to cops in Durham, NC, on Nov. 14, three days after he allegedly gunned down Shaun Berry, 36, in Samuel’s apartment in the TaylorWyth­e Houses.

Samuel allegedly blasted Berry, a neighborho­od resident and, according to police sources, a known member of the Crips, in the head in the fifthfloor apartment on Wythe Avenue near Wilson Street at about 9:40 p.m. on Nov. 11.

Responders found Berry dead and Samuel gone.

Samuel was extradited to New York and charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.

Manhattan

Police have identified a suspect in a string of bank robberies across Midtown since early October.

Devon English, 25, has netted more than $16,000 in four robberies dating back to Oct. 2, authoritie­s said. He also allegedly attempted a fifth heist that was unsuccessf­ul.

English allegedly kicked off the spree at 5:15 p.m. on Oct. 2, passing a demand note to a teller at the People’s United branch on Park Avenue near East 46th Street and making off with about $4,800, cops said.

After striking out in one robbery attempt on Nov. 12, the suspect hit the People’s United location for a second time and scored another $7,000, police said.

Seven days later, he added $4,505 to his haul after passing a note to a teller at the Santander branch on Madison Avenue near East 42nd Street at about 3:25 p.m., according to cops.

The most recent alleged robbery by English (above) came at about 12:30 p.m. Monday, when he stole cash from the TD branch at Seventh Avenue and West 36th Street, police said.

He was described as about 6 feet tall and 170 pounds, said lawenforce­ment authoritie­s.

Queens

The bespectacl­ed suspect pictured above assaulted a worker at a Jamaica moving company during a robbery attempt, authoritie­s said Wednesday.

He burst into the offices of Ace Moving and Storage on 95th Avenue near 148th Street just before 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 29, pulled a gun on a 46yearold employee and demanded money.

When the worker said there was no cash on hand, the thief bashed him on the back of the head with the weapon.

The suspect then dashed out and took off in a waiting beige Ford Windstar.

The victim was treated at Jamaica Hospital for swelling and a nasty cut to the back of the head.
