A homeless woman was caught on video intentionally driving her car into two crowds on the Las Vegas Strip — killing one pedestrian — and will be charged with murder, authorities said Monday.

Lakeisha Holloway, 24, of Oregon, had her 3yearold daughter in the back seat at the time and appeared to be on drugs, Clark County Sheriff Joe Lombardo said.

Officials declined to reveal a possible motive, but Lombardo said, “As of now, we do not believe it to be an act of terrorism.”

Holloway, believed to have been living out of her car in Vegas for about a week, was “very stoic” and seemed to be on “some sort of stimulant,” Lombardo said.

“She didn’t appear to be distressed due to her actions,” he said.

The rampage — which killed a married mom of three from Arizona — took place in front of the Paris Las Vegas and Planet Hollywood hotelcasinos, and across from the Bellagio’s dancingwater fountains.

At least 35 people were injured, including three with critical head wounds.

Planet Hollywood was hosting the Miss Universe pageant at the time.

Witness Justin Cochrane said Holloway’s 1998 Oldsmobile sedan was going 30 to 40 mph when it twice jumped the curb along Las Vegas Boulevard at around 6:30 p.m. “It was just massacring people,” he said. “Why would it slow to go around and then accelerate again?” he added. “I thought, ‘It’s a crazy person.’ ”

People jumped on the car, banging on its windows to stop Holloway, Lombardo said.

Her car had all four wheels on the sidewalk twice, at one point traveling 200 feet before returning to the road, cops said.

“Video confirms that we believe it to be an intentional act,” Lombardo said.

Holloway then drove about a mile on a flat tire to the Tuscany Suites and Casino, where she told a valet to call 911, Lombardo said.

A police report said Holloway told a cop she ended up on the Strip — “a place she did not want to be” — after being rousted from various spots by security guards.

“She would not explain why she drove onto the sidewalk but remembered a body bouncing off of her windshield,” it said.

Clark County DA Steve Wolfson said she would first be charged with murder with a deadly weapon, likely followed by counts of attempted murder, leaving the scene of an accident and child abuse and neglect.

Her daughter, who was not injured, was placed with childwelfare workers.

The dead woman was identified as Jessica Valenzuela, 32, of Buckeye, Ariz., who was visiting Vegas with her husband. A GoFundMe page for her burial shows photos of the couple and their three daughters.

Holloway’s cousin, LaShay Hardaway, of Portland, Ore., suggested Holloway, who changed her name to Paris Paradise Morton in October, fell asleep at the wheel.

“She didn’t do it on purpose. She was in Vegas working, and she was exhausted. I do know that,” she told The Post.
