Muggers snatched a cellphone from the hands of a San Francisco city lawmaker, who chased them down — and then started negotiatio­ns.

Supervisor Scott Wiener told the thieves he’d give them $200 for his phone, and took them to an ATM so their pictures would be captured on security cams.

Wiener got his phone back and immediatel­y told a bank security officer, who called cops.

Wiener said it was easy to remain calm because “I deal with nasty people in City Hall.”
