In the last two presidential races, you’ve picked a candidate who didn’t win because he didn’t have the qualities Trump has.

l Can anyone explain how a person who criticizes a war hero like Sen. John McCain, or who has insulted so many of our allies around the world, actually has support to be president of the United States?
Why in the name of decency would anyone possibly support Trump?
Just think how a man with common sense might have answered the pope.
Instead, Trump basically calls the head of the largest church in the world a disgrace.

What is wrong with saying that America is run by lobbyists and specialinterest groups, when that is close to being a reality?
Trump is right to point out that elites of the two parties have become identical twins.
Both parties blindly agree on trade, immigration and foreign policy.

lMuch of the press now incorrectly views it as inevitable that an “outsider” like Trump or Ted Cruz will win the nomination.
The following bold and decisive measures on behalf of the survivor in the “establishment lane” could change the course of the primaries:
1) All other candidates need to consolidate behind the strongest candidate — Sen. Marco Rubio — in exchange for Cabinet positions.
2) Massive endorsements from various Republican officeholders.
3) PAC advertisements portraying Donald Trump and Sen. Ted Cruz as divisive.
4) Demonstrations of the various foreignpolicy challenges our country faces and how Rubio excels in this area. Ronald Weiss
