Veep smiles on b’day boy Bam

Vice President Joe Biden bragged Thursday about being President Obama’s BFF, celebrating Bam’s 55th birthday by tweeting a picture of a “Joe & Barack” friendship bracelet.

The colorful wrist adornment resembled those made by tween girls and featured a happy face, a flower and a star.

PRESIDENT Barack Obama will celebrate his 55th birthday with a huge all-night party Friday at the White House with stars including Beyoncé and Jay Z.

Multiple sources confirmed to Page Six that Michelle Obama is throwing a top-secret bash for the president to celebrate his last birthday in the White House.

We’re told that a host of stars will attend — including Usher, who’s expected to perform, as well as Obama’s favorite rapper Kendrick Lamar, and Jason Wu, who designed the first lady’s inaugural ball gowns in both 2009 and 2013.

Others who have made the guest list include Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi, Sarah Jessica Parker, Stevie Wonder, Jennifer Hudson, John Legend, Magic Johnson and Alonzo Mourning.

Politicos expected at the celebration include Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, Vice President Joe Biden, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Attorney General Loretta Lynch.

A source told us: “All the preparations and the guest list are being kept top-secret. The plan is to throw a party for the president to really let his hair down. There will be performances and a dance party that will go late into the night. Social media will be banned.”

Sources further said that the bash will not in- clude a dinner, except for some light fare, and guests are being told to eat beforehand.

The president’s actual birthday was on Thursday. The Obamas are expected to head to Martha’s Vineyard for their annual vacation on Saturday.

The first family has thrown near-legendary private bashes during their White House tenure for those lucky enough to make the guest list.

For Michelle’s epic, all-night 50th birthday in 2014, Beyoncé performed hits including “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)” for guests including Sir Paul McCartney, before Legend serenaded the first lady with “Happy Birthday to You.” There was also the time last year that Prince played a lengthy set in the East Room with a cameo from Wonder.
