Lovesick LiLo cries for beau

Lindsay Lohan admitted in an interview Sunday that she can’t bring herself to take off the 4-carat emerald engagement ring given to her by her boyfriend, although he violently grabbed her during their Greek vacation last month.

“I haven’t taken it off, even after all this,” the 30year-old actress said in her first interview since photos were published of her and Russian Egor Tarabasov, 23, in a bruising battle over his cellphone on the Greek island of Mykonos.

“The truth is, I wanted to make things work, but now I’m not sure that I can,” the famously volatile redhead told Britain’s Daily Mail.

Although the two left the island together and returned to their London home, they got into another scrap there.

“We planned to marry in Lake Como next May. We should both be in Italy looking at wedding venues right now,” she said through tears.
