You have found it hard in recent weeks to explain why you believe in certain things but over the next few days you will find your tongue again and your arguments will surely win the doubters round to your way of thinking.

The time has come to let employers and other important people know what you think of them. You don't have to be nasty about it but you do have to be honest. If they are smart they will realize they deserve to be criticized.
