Police arrested a second suspect wanted in a bloody brawl following a latenight soccer match in Williamsburg that left one man dead and his brother badly wounded, authorities said.

Franklin Paredes, 22, was arrested Wednesday and charged with attempted murder for allegedly stabbing Oscar Martinez, 29, in the torso, neck and face in the Dec. 11 melee on Heyward Street.

Cops had previously arrested Eswin Gramajo, 27, on Dec. 21 after tracking him to North Carolina.

Gramajo is accused of fatally stabbing Martinez’s brother, Delvin Martinez, 31.

Police are looking for two men wanted in a fatal Christmas Day shooting in East Flatbush.

According to cops, the duo approached Ramie Nesbeth, 30, outside a deli on Utica Avenue near Beverly Road and one shot him in the abdomen shortly before 1 p.m.

The suspects then jumped into a light-colored Nissan SUV and sped away.

Nesbeth was pronounced dead at Brookdale Univer-

sity Hospital, officials said.

The suspects were described as dark-skinned and in their 20s, and wearing knit caps.

The suspect pictured at left is wanted for using credit-card information from account holders in Brooklyn and elsewhere to make withdrawals and purchases worth about $25,000, according to police.

Between Sept. 7 and Oct. 31, 22 victims were informed by their banks that their credit-card numbers had been compromised and someone had used their card info to make the unauthorized transactions at various TD Bank ATMs as well as at Macy’s and Apple stores across the city, cops said.

Fire marshals are investigating the torching of two cars in a half-hour in Richmond Hill.

In the first incident, a Honda was set ablaze on 125th Street near Jamaica Avenue at about 3:25 a.m. Wednesday, an FDNY spokesman said.

Thirty minutes later, a BMW was set on fire around the corner, according to the spokesman.

Both vehicles were severely damaged. The arsonist remains at large.

The Bronx

Police arrested a robber who attacked a 34-year-old man and threatened him with a gun in Kingsbridge, authorities said.

The victim was walking near the corner of 231st Street and Broadway when Melvin Guerra, 38, allegedly approached him, began choking him and pointed a gun at his head while demanding money at about 10:45 p.m. on Nov. 6, cops said.

The victim, who reportedly suffered no serious injury, handed over his cellphone and wallet, police investigators said.

Guerra was arrested Wednesday and charged with three counts of robbery, officials said.

Queens

The suspects pictured above used cloned bank cards embedded with stolen account information to withdraw cash at Flushing ATMs, authorities said.

The four men are wanted in connection with the thefts, which took place between last May and July.

The card codes were obtained using skimming devices placed on ATM slots and then embedded on blank cards, investigators said.

The suspects then used the cards to withdraw cash from the accounts of several victims.

The opportunistic suspect pictured above swiped a backpack that a woman had left unattended at the La Guardia Community College library in Long Island City, cops said.

The suspect grabbed the bag — left hanging by the 20-year-old owner on the back of her chair — from the library on Thompson Avenue near 31st Street on Dec. 15 at about noon, according to police.

The bag contained an Apple MacBook computer, a charger, headphones and an electronics case, cops said.

The suspect was described as 20 to 30 years old and was last seen wearing a black jacket, a multicolored scarf, a white shirt and dark-colored pants, police said.

Staten Island

The suspect pictured at right swiped a large supply of over-thecounter medication from a Mariners Harbor pharmacy, cops said.

He entered the CVS outlet on Forest Avenue near Union Avenue on Nov. 29 at about 10:20 a.m. and grabbed the meds valued at an approximate total of $1,700, police investigators said.

He was last seen wearing a green jacket and a black knit cap, according to police.
