An Italian court ruled that cooking stinky food too close to neighbors is a crime that constitute­s “olfactory molestatio­n.”

A couple was found guilty of “antisocial behavior” and fined $2,100 after they refused to stop cooking fritti misti, an Italian seafood dish, in their apartment in Monfalcone, according to the UK Telegraph.
