BONNER Bolton ( above), the pro bull rider, model and “Dancing with the Stars” hoofer, was the center of attention at an intimate dinner for Saks Fifth Avenue’s new Brookfield Place men’s store. Amid all the chic duds for sale, “Everyone was interested in Bonner’s cowboy hat, with several editors trying it on,” a spy said, adding that Bolton caught the eye of GQ’s fashion director Madeline Weeks. Christina Ricci slipped out to put her 2½-year-old to bed. Le Coucou’s Daniel Rose created the meal, which was hosted by Marc Metrick.
