JENNER ‘MAN’-ICURED

The kindest ‘cut’

Caitlyn Jenner says she went under the knife for sex-reassignment surgery in January — and now finally feels “liberated” by her new body.

“I just want to have all the right parts. I am also tired of tucking the damn thing in all the time,” the woman formerly known as Bruce Jenner dishes in her upcoming memoir, according to Radar Online.

Jenner — who was born Bruce and came out as a transgender woman two years ago — says she underwent a “final surgery” to remove her penis at the beginning of the year, “and I feel not only wonderful but liberated.’’

The Olympic gold-medalist-turned-reality star, who previously had breast-augmentation and facial-feminization surgery, said she opened up about the intimate details of her gender transition so that fans would stop asking about her status down south.

“I am telling you because I believe in candor,” she explains in her book, “The Secrets of My Life,’’ which hits the shelves April 25.

“So all of you can stop staring. You want to know, so now you know. Which is why this is the first time, and the last time, I will ever speak of it,” she writes.

Jenner, 67, struggled over the “complex decision” to operate, which sometimes causes health problems and loss of sexual sensation.

“So why even consider it?” she writes. “Because it’s just a penis. It has no special gifts or use for me other than what I have said before, the ability to take a whiz in the woods.”

And the change has helped her feel more honest about who she really is, she said.

“I am going to live authentically for the first time in my life,” she recalled thinking after the surgery. “I am going to have an enthusiasm for life that I have not had in 39 years since the Olympics, almost twothirds of my life.”
